EESI pride ourselves on working with local service providers and employ locally, with all but two of our staff coming from Gloucestershire, with the exceptions coming from Swindon and the Forest of Dean. We are proud to support the following local causes:
The Nelson Trust
The Nelson Trust has a national and international reputation as a centre of excellence in the treatment of addiction. Their belief in the capacity for individual change and sustainable recovery based on lifelong abstinence is an approach which was once seen as radical but is today accepted as the most effective evidence-based treatment for people with entrenched and complex substance misuse problems. They provide treatment for around 150 clients each year from all over Britain and beyond, and together with our work in the local community in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire they work with over a thousand individuals each year.

Forest Green Rovers
Based in the town of Nailsworth, Forest Green Rovers were the longest serving member of the Football Conference until they gained promotion to the football league in 2017. They’re aiming to break this habit over the next few seasons and climb into the football league for the first time – with positive changes and investment on and off the pitch pushing us towards success.
Forest Green Rovers are aiming to create a truly sustainable football club, which would be a world first. Somewhere they can demonstrate all of our thinking and technology, and through that engage with a new, large and passionate audience. A global audience ultimately. It’s the chance to introduce some Eco into the world of sport, and not just football.

Tetbury Youth U9’s Football
We support Tetbury Youth Under 9’s football.
Old Centralians Men’s Rugby
EESI is proud to sponsor Old Centralians Men’s Rugby club in Gloucester.
Dan Cooper Racing
EESI is proud to sponsor Dan Cooper and his team. From Brimscombe in Stroud, Daniel has run his team under the Dan Cooper Racing banner since 2015, riding Honda machinery for the 600cc and 1000cc classes at all of the International Road Races including the North West 200, Isle of Man TT, Ulster Grand Prix and Macau Grand Prix.
Apprenticeships
EESI currently employ 11 local apprentices and have supporting young people in the local community for decades. For more information on our apprenticeships programme or to apply for an apprenticeship with EESI, please visit our careers page here
