About the role

The role will include a diverse range of work, such as:

• General Building
• Roofing
• Painting And Decorating
• Paving
• Stone/Brickwork
• General Wet Trades
• Basic Carpentry
• General Maintenance and Repairs

Essential Criteria

Applicants must:

• Have 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Have a conscientious approach to their work.
• Be punctual.
• Work in a tidy manner.
• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Own their own hand tools.
• Have a full and clean UK driving license.
• Offer flexibility which meets the changing needs of our clients.
• Be friendly with good communication skills.
• Be ready to muck-in and become an integral part of the team.
