Office productivity can easily be affected if your staff are struggling with the temperature in an open plan office. Air conditioning can offer the solution to the problem, both in summer and winter. As well as the size and shape of the office, the design of an effective office air conditioning system will need to take many other factors into account.
EESI Cool work with clients to understand how they work and what their heating and cooling problems may be. For a recent office air conditioning solution, we talked through what the client required, explained how we would go about providing a solution and provided them with a quote for a turnkey package: a builder to create an opening in the ceiling, an electrician to supply the power and the air conditioning engineer to install and commission the equipment. As we were managing the project, the client had a single point of contact for the job and just needed to let us know the best time to book in the job to cause minimal disruption to their workflow.
The installation was booked in to take three days. Each member of the installation team knew their role and they were used to working together so the job was completed to the client’s satisfaction in the time quoted, with minimal disruption. The office environment air conditioning is now fast becoming their primary solution for both heating and cooling as it is easy to control, reliable and most of all, efficient. Their staff can now look forward to a comfortable working environment throughout what we hope will be a lovely warm summer and be equally comfortable in the winter, no matter how cold it gets outside.
“I just wanted to say how pleased myself and the Warehouse Manger are with the air conditioning and the installation. The guys were fantastic, tidy, respectful and professional. We would most definitely use you again, and thoroughly recommend you to others. Thanks for all of your help.”
